Steve is an Advisor to the Company and has nearly 25 years of experience in brokerage, trading and alternative investments. Steve has a comprehensive understanding of financial products and has developed innovative ways to distribute them.
Steve’s financial career began with Lehman Brothers in Menlo Park, California. In 1994, Steve co-founded Hotovec, Pomeranz & Co; one of the first independent boutique technology research and alternative investment firms. Since January 2014, Steve has served as President and Co-founder of Barastone, Inc., Barastone Corp and Barastone, LLC. Barastone specializes in helping homeowners manage their home wealth. Steve co-founded Synthym, Inc., where he served as President from January 2005 to present. Synthym is a technology and financial services firm. Steve has served as President of N4 Financial, Inc., a Registered Broker Dealer, since January 2005.
Previously Steve has specialized in marketing and selling select hedge funds, proprietary traders and multi-strategy funds. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from San Diego State University and professional securities licenses 7, 24, 63 & 65. He is the author of 2 patents and is a frequent panel speaker on financial topics.
